Order Amendments
Please be sure of your order details upon checkout.
During festive period, any order detail amendments after 24 Hours of order placement will be subjected to a $10 admin charge.
Cancellations / Refunds
Orders paid with Credit Cards are subjected to 3.8% credit card processing fee.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at cs@deli-indo.com.sg.
Return / Exchange
Change of mind is not allowed, we only accept returns/exchanges if the item is damaged/wrong item received.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, un-opened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping Policy
Delivery charge is only to 1 point with lift landing. Delivery location without lift landing will be subjected to additional charges.
Please be home to receive your order on the selected date.
In the event when no one is around to receive the order, we will call or inform via text. You may arrange self collection at Eunos Techpark or re-delivery at $20 charge with us at cs@deli-indo.com.sg.
